Here we go again. Phase 3 of the Mench residence addition. In this final phase we'll be finishing off the 2nd story addition which will include a new master bedroom, master bath and class room. So far we have poured our foundation and built a working platform to set the steel for the structure. The tight access to the site has limited the options for heavy equipment. We have started cutting and preparing our steel package. The next step will be setting and welding the steel to create the structural frame.
